BSNl & MTNL has started launching 3G (Third generation) mobile services in various cities in India.
3G networks enable network operators to offer users a wider range of more advanced services while achieving greater network capacity through improved spectral efficiency. 3G provides services which are unknown to the India cellphone user such as video calls, watch live TV, access the high speed internet, receive emails and download music tracks, multimedia, high speed mobile broadband, internet access with the ability to view video footage on your mobile handset, CCTV footage etc.
