Not talking about hundreds of dollars or thousand dollars were talking about the equivalent of a lunch at a fast food restaurant. Sure, it's not a lot of money but, it just makes you feel tricked when you're not told about it up front.

This will allow you to do an initial query of their database to find out whether or not they even have information about the number that you are investigating. This could potentially save you a ton of time and aggravation as well is make your experience 100% better.
